HEALTH AND SAFETY PERSON: TEMP TO HIRE POSITION, DOT – Coordinator – investigate and evaluate any area of non compliance regarding the regulatory employee process by notifying the Operations . Manager – ensure that  all required documentation meets regulatory compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration – company policy and procedures.  Additional requirements effective writing and oral communication skills – ability to analyze reports and provide meaningful analysis – good knowledge of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations – excellent interpersonal skills for communications with field personnel and internal customers.  Strong organizational skills – excellent PC skills that include MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint , Access , etc. Analyze and evaluate the Driver Qualifications Files and Updates, Manage the Driver Qualification File Process . Provide guidance to the Operations & Field Department on compliance with the Driver Qualifications files and minimum hiring requirements. Audit research and investigate regulatory employee background through our safety consultant. Maintain Hazmat Certificates


Accounting Clerk
: Good knowledge of accounts payable and receivable. Recent work experience. Be proficient in excel, Word, and would like experience in a manufacturing facility. East Houston $11.00/hr. NOW OPEN!

 

Receptionist: Front desk, Good phone voice, basic computer skill, need person willing to stay busy. Will not only answer phones but there is walk in traffic. Good spelling skills and must be flexible. NOW OPEN!

Our office hours are form 8:00am to 5:00pm. Allow yourself approximately 2 hours to complete you application and to be interviewed.
