Engineering Specialist: Under the Chief Engineer, the Laundry Specialist will process a strong knowledge for the troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance of industrial laundry equipment such as; washers, dryers, conveyors systems, boilers, laundry systems computers, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and other equipment related to the Laundry Operations  Is proficient in all administrative duties in conjunction with laundry maintenance such as; completing inspections and maintenance report, requisitioning parts and materials. Must be able to push and/or pull a loaded two-wheel or four wheel cart weighing approximately 200 pound, consistently lift and move approximately 50 pounds, including setting and storing in overhead areas, understand and execute all safety and emergency procedures (for example: fire, crowd control, inclement weather, and bomb threats), and be able to bend, squat, kneel, climb (including ladders and stairs), reach and crawl in confined spaces continuously. Have the ability to operate and control electrical/mechanical equipment (for example: meters, switchgear, boilers, pumps, chillers), can stand and walk on a continuous basis, and run as warranted, also can work in temperature extremes, safely operate a motor vehicle at all times, Must utilize communication equipment (for example: telephones, radios, and mobile pones), Can read, write and count effectively and understand diagrams. Have the ability to work with chemicals, understand and operate emergency equipment (for example: fire extinguisher, respirators, etc.) , Must maintain regular and punctual attendance. Must adhere facility grooming standards. Special Qualifications:

       Ability to make routine repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, welding, brazing and mechanical systems relating to Laundry Operation

       Ability to read manuals and follow troubleshooting flow charts

       Ability to read schematics as related to troubleshooting electrical systems

       Responsible for familiarity with fire alarms systems, sprinkler, and domestic water shut off valves

       Responsible for other task outlined in the job description or that may become necessary to conduct maintenance repairs to the facility, equipment or systems

Job Task:

       Performs work request as assigned. Maintain engineering spaces and workspaces in a clean, orderly and safe condition, document all work performed, material/parts needed and/or used for any work performed, including time worked on each project. Fully trained and skilled in his area of expertise (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, laundry tech) Be able to perform all aspects of job with little or no direction, Be able to perform all work and work unassisted in one or more of the following areas: Electrician, HVAC, Laundry, Lead Engineer , Be able to shift coverage and all requirements with respects to Engineer, Be knowledgeable in fire alarm systems and emergency start-up and shut down 

Buyer Trainee
: Person to seek items used in deck and engine department of ocean vessels. 

Industrial Painter

Warehouse order Puller: Fork lift driver who will be responsible for pulling orders in various departments. Quality control and accuracy are a must. Be able to work in a fast paced environment and have some mechanical knowledge.

:  Qualifications; Associated science degree or 5 years experience in computer numeric controlled (CNC) and Manual Machining; "WIRE EDM" programming CNC machines; and complete fabricating / installation of complex parts, structures, sheet metal, titanium, aluminum, bronze cooper, brass, plastics inconel, stainless, and other alloys. Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings, operate to tight tolerances. Strong background in trigonometry and geometry required. Work with minimum supervision. Located in Woodlands area. Long term assignment, salary open.

Forklift Operators: Several are needed in all areas of town. Will also require general warehouse duties including heavy lifting.
